Charlie Cummings is the Founder and Managing Broker of Innovate Commercial Real Estate, a Colorado brokerage that represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across retail, office, and industrial/flex properties. Charlie took an unconventional path into commercial real estate. He started his career as an aviation consultant, advising public-sector airport clients across the United States. His interest in entrepreneurship eventually led him to real estate, where he could help other founders build their legacy and stay connected to their "why." He then spent six years at KW Commercial, where he built deep expertise in brokerage, advisory, and client service across many asset types. Most of his business there came through referral partners. That reflects how he works: he puts clients first and values long-term relationships over transaction volume. Today Charlie has nearly a decade of experience and more than $100 million in closed transactions. He specializes in owner-occupier sales, investment services, and tenant representation. Under his leadership, Innovate CRE has become a trusted local partner for businesses that want their real estate to support performance, expansion, and long-term legacy goals. He is also growing his personal brand, both to raise awareness of the firm and to share the stories and successes of his clients. Outside of work, Charlie values community in every part of his life.
